CrossFit classes are our core offering at CrossFit Altius. These classes are created to challenge you in all areas of strength, flexibility and metabolic conditioning after your completion of the Fundamentals of CrossFit class. New to the area with at least three months’ CrossFit experience at another gym? We offer one week of CrossFit classes FREE to give you the opportunity to check out our program, our coaches, and our community of athletes.
